Our fresh, farm products are available several times throughout the year based on the harvest seasons of the herds.
Wagyu Beef originating from Japan known for its superior marbling and tenderness. They are fed with rich grasses finished with quality grass and legumes as well as a balance grain ration to increase marbling in the final beef product.

Our herds are raised to be harvested throughout the year to bring you the freshest meats. Legacy Farms is taking reservations 6 - 18 months in advanced to ensure a delivery of our products when you'll need it. Orders will be organized in a first come, first serve basis. To reserve your beef and pork, review the selections on the cut-sheet and share your choices with us. Once your cut-sheet is submitted, mail a deposit to secure your order. The typical deposit amounts are listed below.

Farm Favorites is a listing of our most popular selections of meats, including the thickness of each cut and the most preferred portion sizes. Your order can be customized to select just the right thickness of meats and size of roasts to suit your family.
(Insider tip: order a larger roast size to ensure you have left overs to enjoy the day after your meal.)
The total price for finished proteins are based on current pricing using rail weight, or the total weight of the animal after butcher, but before it is aged, timed, deboned and cut into the final customer selections. Final prices include processing and wrapping fees from the butcher.
The average rail weight of grass fed beef half is 250-300 lbs, and pasture-finished beef half is 350-400 lbs. Inquire about current market prices at the time the order is placed to get the best estimate for the final product.
